'tis lost. Ah well - it might not have been such a fantastic after all, and besides it would hardly take long to redo - just needs a couple of little scripts at each end of the process.

It's a sunny day today and things seem to be going relatively well. I've just about finished the new version of Aspect Estates, I've done a load of work on the BLT Beds 'Big Bed Search' and I've even finished the crossword, despite the Telegraph's website being pounded by a nasty DDOS attack. So now, as it's too late in the day and my head is a bit too warm to tackle anything heavy, it might be time to add something to this thing.

The 'last spidered by Googlebot' date and time are now in place in the footer of each public page, along with the nifty new PageRank sniffer which limits itself to 1 request of the Big G per day, so the next logical step might be to set-up a slightly fuller traffic / spider visit report - which reminds me, I've already started this.
