Typomania provides a broad range of professional Internet services from domain name registration to large online business systems.

Delivery policy

Typomania products and services are usually hosted software applications or consultancy, and as such do not normally involve shipping or delivery of any physical media.

Acceptable use

Typomania accounts used to publish illegal or abusive content, or anything deemed generally unsuitable for public consumption, may be suspended and/or deleted, without notice.

Termination

In the event of individual accounts being cancelled, or the service becoming permanently unavailable, published material will be made available as archives, (except in cases where it is considered necessary to delete inappropriate content).

Refunds: Cancellation of domain names

Notification of cancellation of a domain name must reach us at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. Once a domain has been registered or renewed, payment cannot be refunded.

Cancellation of hosting accounts & service plans

Hosting accounts and service plans are payable in advance. In cases where services are paid for annually Typomania will only refund complete quarters. E.g. 4 months into an annual service plan, the refund would equate to 6 months.
